My name's Courtney Johnston, and I am a recruitment support specialist at RBC Wealth Management. So I am, like I mentioned, a recruitment support specialist. So I do a lot of the coordination of our recruitment activities. So for example, today, I planned and coordinated our attendance at the career fair, getting us all registered and ready for this event. My day-to-day duties include interview scheduling. I put in our jobs to our system for them to be posted online, also draft our offer letters, and complete our background checks for our new employees. So really going through the entire onboarding process to bring a new employee into RBC. So I work directly with the recruiters who are interviewing the candidates and coordinating with them to get these people hired. I also work a lot on our internship program. So we have a couple different internship programs within our company that we're looking to grow and hopefully expand in the future. One new program that we started this year is something called our Student Ambassador program. So last summer, one of our things that we have in our internship is a Capstone project. So our interns work with their peers on a business problem that RBC has identified. One of the problems that we had is how do we attract millennial or early talent to our workforce, to RBC? So our interns actually came up with the idea of a student ambassador program. So campus representatives who are representing RBC's brand, getting their name out there on campus, connecting with students who might be interested in joining us, and handing out some of our merchandise. Yeah, so my hours are pretty standard business hours, eight to five, typically a variation of that, but we do get to come to cool events like this. So today I've been at the career event all day. So that's really the only travel that I do.
