>> My name Drew Woolridge and I'm a financial advisor at Convergent Wealth Advisors here in DC. So, an average client for us as an entrepreneur, I'd say about two-thirds of our client base is started their own business. They didn't come from wealth. They created their own wealth so they're, you know, hard workers that have done really well. And when I started my career, I started working for an old they call sort of widows and orphans type banking institution that was in the kind of cusp or rebranding, remodeling themselves into a modern day wealth management shop. But where like I said, two-thirds of our client based at Convergent are entrepreneurs that made their own money at CMB [phonetic] which is a great institution, two-thirds of their client base was generational in nature. And so, you were talking about wealth that had been created, you know, 20, 30, 40, 50 years ago. And a lot of cases, you're dealing with G2, G3 that may not have as great of appreciation but at the same time there are still a lot of inherent challenges and opportunities that those type of clients present. The flip side of this is just these clients, again, you get to be on the ground floor of them creating that wealth and then helping them transition in the next chapter of their life which basically keeps everyday pretty interesting. So, I always tell folks that there is no typical day, in a sense that there's always a new challenge, always new opportunity that presents itself. But basically, my role is one of the senior guys at Convergent is to be that quarterback for the individuals and the families and to the smaller extent, the institutions that we work for. So, we're problem solvers, we're engineers. So, in a lot of cases, we're helping not only develop but implement financial plans but along the way, those plans are active strategies. Meaning that markets can change, their situations change and a lot of what I'm responsible for is really kind of having the foresight to see what potential things that are out there and not only on an individualized basis but also on a broader market basis to see what makes sense to involve ourselves in going forward.
