>> My name is Susan Palombo, and I'm the principal and managing director of a branding and design agency in New York City called Ready366. So, our company is about five years old. I founded the company, and our primary business is the business of branding. So, what we do is we provide clients-- consumer package [inaudible] clients, corporate clients, anybody that cares about their brands-- we provide strategic services for positioning their brands, and then we also have a design studio, and we subsequently do creative to sort of express the brand. And we do things from, you know, creating identities for the company from logos, to packaging designs, and sometimes we even touch a little into advertising. It's not our core bread and butter offering, but we are a group of strategists and creative people, and that's what we do. So, a typical day is really spent managing time between different client engagements that you're working on. We-- our agency is an open space studio, and we have a lot of collaboration. We do a lot of brain storming with the team. We do a lot of-- we call them "crits" [phonetic], which is basically there's creative ideas on the wall, and we all look at the work. It's a pretty laid back environment, and those are a typical day when you're working in the office. Another typical day, which maybe happens at least once or twice a week, is where you're visiting the client, and you're actually going there to present and share your ideas. So, it's a little more formal because you're either traveling on an airplane to go to the client and make that big 1-hour presentation, or you're maybe leading a workshop with a client. But there's also days where it's just all about client engagement. So, it's a real mix between in the studio, doing creative and developing ideas, and then sort of present to clients.
