>> My name is BJ Zellers, and I am a owner of a sports marketing company called Activation Sports Marketing. And we procure sponsorships and develop promotional marketing programs for people that are interested in using the platform of sports. Every day is different. That's what I love about it. It's always changing depending on what the client needs are, what the project is. But a typical day is generally looking and taking care of a lot of fires that happen, in terms of opportunities that present themselves. But it is also some managing the brand consistency for our group and really making sure that we're delivering on the client objectives that we have for current programs. And then really a lot of it is, for me, personally, is networking and business development, making sure that we always have opportunities down the road. Because when you have an agency, a lot of it is project based and often funds could go dry, or something like that. So you always have to have different opportunities on the bench, and I'm just continuously planting seeds. For example, I work with Acme Markets. A lot of people in this area are familiar with that. They have 110 stores, a pretty large footprint in this area. And I do a lot of their promotional marketing. So 1 of the things, this May, we aligned them with the Broad Street Run, which is 1 of the premiere running events in Philadelphia. And they were the official retailer and water sponsor. So they provided 40,000 bottles of water and about 20,000 jugs of water. So pretty substantial. So I was able to connect them with the Broad Street and WIP, who was the media partner, and we created this alignment for that. Then the big piece for us, Activation Sports Marketing, is not just having a sign up or tents or things like that. We actually want to activate it an engage, allow them to have a conversation with their particular customer. So we created a big kind of carnival atmosphere down at the end where both the athletes come in, the runners come in, as well as all the family gather. So we gave out fruit, and also had a spin to win prizes of shirts and stuff like that. So we had a constant line. So they felt good about not only the impressions they got, but the ability to really connect them to kind of a premiere event in this city.
