Job description
The Financial Advisor role is full-time in a hybrid work setting. At Elevate, the Financial Advisor is responsible for providing comprehensive financial planning services; including, but not limited to: Wealth management, retirement planning, investment advising/planning, and financial planning. The advisor role at Elevate is entrepreneurial in nature, as advisors are expected to generate their own book of business/ client base. This role will be in person, based out of Elevate’s Chattanooga, Tennessee office, but some remote work is permissible.
The Ideal candidate is willing and excited to embrace the entrepreneurial and self-driven nature of the role. They are adept in the art of financial planning; capable of creating personally tailored financial plans, and scrupulous to ensure deliverance of accurate and ideal financial services to clients. Advisors participate in book-building/client prospecting and assess the needs of individuals to help them with a vast array of investment and financial decisions. Elevate’s experienced advisors constantly balance growing their business, and providing meticulous care to existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
Responsibilities
· Generate clientele growth through phone and virtual sales
· Prepare accurate financial plans to support client goals
· Cultivate lasting relationships with clients
· Provide investment advice to clients in accordance with their risk tolerance
· Assuage client concerns by providing the best advice amidst economic hardship
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field (preferred)
· Strong financial and investment literacy
· Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
· Ability to work independently and in a team environment
· Entrepreneurial spirit and strong, independently motivated
